How to Apply & Who Should Apply

HOW TO APPLY:

• Artist applications must be submitted through Zapplication.org as this service helps coordinate our communications with artists and facilitates the jury process.  No exceptions. If you need special assistance in applying using Zapplications, please contact Zapplications Help Desk.

• Images Required: 4 digital images submitted through Zapplications - 3 representing the artwork that you plan to display and sell at the event and 1 booth shot.  Please avoid displaying images that include your name.

• Jury Fee: $25 (paid at check-out through Zapplications).

• If you would like to be considered in more than one medium, you may submit up to 2 applications.

• OFCA Award Winners from the previous year will receive a Coupon Code that covers the application fee. They must still apply through Zappliction.org even though they will be “automatically invited.”

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

• Fine Artists and Artisans in a wide variety of mediums are welcome to apply.

• Country Crafts, Specialty Food Crafters, Authors, and Musicians are not appropriate for this show.

• Ineligible Entries: Works which are mass produced or manufactured, made from commercial molds, kits or patterns, commercial displays, taxidermy, crocheting, knitting, velvet painting, manufactured or kit jewelry, candles, ceramics from commercial molds, and art supplies.  Buy/sell or imports will not be tolerated. knitting, velvet painting, manufactured or kit jewelry, candles, ceramics from commercial molds, and art supplies.
