Dates and Deadlines

• Applications Open through Zapplication.org – July 1, 2026
• Applications Close – November 15 , 2026
• Jury Process – November 15 – December 15, 2026
• Artist Notified of Jury Results ~ December 15 – 20, 2026 more information about the jury process at ZAPP)
• Booth Fee Deadline – February 1, 2027
• Wait List remains open until ~ March 1, 2027

CANCELLATION POLICY: Artist cancellations prior to February 15, 2027 will be handled based on our ability to fill the booth space. After March 1, 2027 refunds due to artist cancellations will not be given, however, artists may choose to rollover payments to the following year in lieu of a refund.
