Applications Close – November 15 , 2025
Jury Process – November 15 – December 15, 2025
Artist Notified of Jury Results ~ December 15 – 20, 2025 (more information about the jury process at ZAPP)
Booth Fee Deadline – February 1, 2026
Wait List remains open until ~ March 1, 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY: Artist cancellations prior to February 15, 2026 will be handled based on our ability to fill the booth space. After March 1, 2026 refunds due to artist cancellations will not be given, however, artists may choose to rollover payments to the following year in lieu of a refund.
