Dates and Deadlines


  • Applications Open through – July 1

  • Applications Close – November 15

  • Jury Process – November 15December 15

  • Artist Notified of Jury Results  ~ December 15 – 20 (more information about the jury process at ZAPP)

  • Booth Fee Deadline – February 1

  • Wait List remains open until ~ March 1

CANCELLATION POLICY: Artist cancellations prior to February 15 will be handled based on our ability to fill the booth space. After March 1, refunds due to artist cancellations will not be given, however, artists may choose to rollover payments to the following year in lieu of a refund.    

COVID: The CKAC Board and OFCA Working Committee reserves the right to cancel the festival if it is deemed unsafe at a Federal, State, or local level to host the event.  COVID updates will be posted on the home page. Refunds (minimum 75% - up to 100%) will be issued in as timely a manner as possible if the entire event has to be canceled. Artists will also have the option to rollover payments to a future event in lieu of a refund.
